Terms & Condition
Arrive 10 minutes prior to your first treatment to allow ample time to check-in and prepare for your treatment. Arriving late will simply limit the time for your treatment, reducing its effectiveness and your pleasure. Any change, please let us know at least 3 hours prior to the appointment time. If this is your first visit to the spa, they will require you to fill in a pre-treatment questionnaire. This will also enable us to tailor your treatments to your specific needs.
Cancellations Policy:
1. Free cancellation is allowed for bookings with pay at the spa payment option.
2. Cancellation is not allowed for bookings payment made online on the riwigo platform.
Discount Policy:
Discounts are applicable for only those services and packages offered on the riwigo platform and cannot be applied to any other services and packages offered by spa and salon.
Late Policy:
If arrival is delayed, we will make every effort to accommodate your full appointment but this is not always possible. Appointments missed by 15 minutes or more are canceled with a 100% spa credit, which is yours to use for your rescheduled future reservation. Last-minute changes to appointments will be honored only if a service appointment is available for a later time in the day (of your appointment) and other guests are not inconvenienced
No Show Policy:
We provide you easy to cancel options. In case you are unable to attend the appointment please cancel well in advance. As you know spa prepare and make special arrangements to provide you these discounted slots. Therefore as a fair user please cancel the booking to avoid loss and inconvenience to the spa. riwigo will block users with more than 3 no-shows.
Special Conditions:
Please notify our Spa Consultant before reserving your treatments if you have high blood pressure, special physical concerns, diabetes, or are pregnant. All spa guests will be asked to complete a brief questionnaire upon check-in, designed with your well being in mind.
Age Requirements:
Spa guests must be 18 years of age or older to receive treatments without the approval or accompaniment of an adult
Visitors:
We are unable to accommodate visitors accompanying clients in the treatment area of the spa including those complying with our age restriction policy. All non-clients must remain in the waiting lounge.
Therapists:
While we will make every effort to meet your requests, we cannot guarantee a specific therapist or gender. All therapists are trained in both treatment and draping protocols to ensure your comfort at all times.
Mobile Devices – to preserve the tranquility of the premises and maximize the benefits of your time at Spa, you are requested to switch off your phone.
Eating – for your comfort it is highly recommended to avoid eating a meal at least one hour before your treatment time.
Jewelry - while safety boxes are available in the spa rooms, we recommend that you leave all jewelry and valuables in your hotel room. While every care will be taken, Spa cannot accept responsibility for any items lost while visiting or using the spa.
What to Wear - your privacy and modesty shall be respected at all times during your treatment, and while most spa treatments are best experienced without any clothing, your comfort factor is more important. If you are not comfortable wearing disposable underwear that will be provided, we recommend that you wear a bathing suit for your spa experience.
Men - are requested to wear a bathing suit for all body treatments. We also highly recommend that you shave before having a facial treatment. Facial hair does not affect the facial treatment, but it is much more comfortable for you if you are cleanly shaven.
Children - Persons under the age of 16 are not permitted in Spa unless accompanied by an adult. Smoking – is not permitted anywhere in the Spa
